                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM LARRY E. ARMSTRONG AND
                   BRENDA W. ARMSTRONG, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM,
                   TRACT NOS. 213 AND 214, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from Larry E. Armstrong and Brenda W. 

       Armstrong, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights 
Collection
       System, Tract No. 213 for an amount of $1,000.00 and Tract No. 
214
       for an amount of $1,000.00, for a total consideration of
       $2,000.00.
